Oncoquest was conducted on the 6th of February, 2024 as a collaboration between Cutting Edge and the Student Research Forum.
Firstly, an enlightening talk labelled “Student Research Opportunities in Oncology” was conducted with Dr Ananth Pai as the speaker. Next, a Per Vaginal, Per Rectal and Breast Workshop was conducted by Cutting Edge. All 3 skills were taught along with their implications in the field of Oncology. Once the theoretical aspect was completed, demonstrations were held for the individual skills and participants were allowed to practice on the models.
Finally, an Oncology quiz was held by the Student Research Forum wherein Sarthak Mordia came 1st place, Sidh Bansal came 2nd place and Adarsh Kumar came 3rd place.
