Booking criteria:

• Contingents head have to sign a MOU regarding the same
• Prices are inclusive of transportation charges from railway station to the place of accommodation.
• Check-out time → 10 AM (irrespective of Check-in time)
• *prices are subject to increase based on availability.
• Upgrading to AC rooms may take a while, until then, provided payment is taken as a non-AC room.
• Any damages must be paid by that team.
• Travel facilities will only be provided from the railway station to the accommodation only when prior information of the arrival and departure will be informed to the organisers.

NOTE: Weather in Manipal is very humid, so we recommend you to opt for AC rooms. On arrival booking of AC rooms would not be guaranteed, and is subject to availability of AC rooms
