The first day of Invictus 2023 kicked off with much pomp, as the participants, organisers and students all gathered at TMA Pai Hall for the opening ceremony. The ceremony was graced by the presence of our honourable Vice Chancellor Lt. Gen. Dr. MD Venkatesh; Pro Vice Chancellor Dr. Sharath Kumar Rao, our beloved Dean, Dr. Padmaraj Hegde and Associate Dean Dr. Kanthilata Pai.
This year, for the first time ever, Invictus has collaborated with the International Quiz for Medical Undergraduates, to provide a fest like no other that has a place for every type of talent.
The 8 day long fest started on 17th and concluded on 24th of April 2023.Sports, Drama, Culture, Entertainment. All days were filled with adrenaline and fierce competition to win titles, inquisitive minds figuring out quizzes and artists showing off their talents on stage or on paper. Evenings were lit up in KMC Greens with number of food stalls, educational clubs came up with fun and learning experience for the guests, sponsors like Marrow and Coca-Cola with their stalls helped us in being good and refreshing hosts. Social Welfare Society (SWC), KMC Manipal organized various informal and fun events making evenings more exciting .

With this we reached the end of Invictus 2023 as students, participants, and organisers convened at TMA Pai Hall for the valedictory ceremony. Chirag Bhojwani, Sports Sec invocated the ceremony with a welcoming speech followed by Kirti Gaur, Literary Sec giving an overview of the fest. The ceremony was graced by the presence of our honourable Dean, Dr. Padmaraj Hegde. The accolades were then acknowledged and bestowed upon. KMC Manipal won the overall championship. It was a proud moment for all present. Shubhraa Moorthy, Cultural Sec, concluded the ceremony with a vote of thanks to the audience for making Invictus 2023 yet another success.
