As part of Swachhata Pakhwada – Swachhata Hi Seva (SHS) 2023, a voluntary cleanliness drive was led by the KMC Student Council under the guidance of Dr. Lydia Shobha Andrade on the 1st of October 2023, across the country, as a tribute to Mahatma Gandhi on the eve of his birth anniversary on 2nd October 2023.
The cleanliness drive took place for a duration of 30 minutes, from 10:15 AM to 10:45 AM at Tiger Circle.
All the faculty and students gathered at the KMC gate, Tiger Circle, where they were provided with gloves and trash bags. The team was joined by some locals and auto drivers who assisted in cleaning the surrounding area.

1st-year students (Batch of 2023) : Debyani Kishore, Crystal Nivea Bobi, Pankti Shah, Snehil Priyadarshi, Mahjoub Haris, Iqbal Azam
They were also joined by Dr. Shruti from the Department Of Neonatology and her two sons.
Overall, it was a remarkable experience to be part of this national movement, contributing to a positive change in the society.
