Spandan, one of the biggest intercollegiate festivals of the South, from the 28th of August to the 3rd of September, started with the Ethnic night, where everyone was shining in their most gorgeous Indian and Bollywood attires.
The sports events started on 28th and ranged from cricket, badminton, football and hockey to chess, carrom, volleyball and more.
From the mouth watering food available at the quaint cafés of the French corner, to the informal events and fair held at JIPMER, Pondicherry had a myriad of things for the participants to indulge in.
The Cultural events held from the 29th of August, ended with a bang with the Dernier cri or the Fashion Show where everyone showcased their confidence and grace to compete for the title.
Along with this, there were a variety of proshows for the participants to enjoy; including that of the band Thaikkudum Bridge and the artist Chinmayi Sripaada.
KMC, with its contingent of nearly a hundred students, had a wonderful run at Spandan and came home with various awards.
