ANTI-RAGGING WEEK

On account of anti-ragging week, KMC’s dramatics club Aaghaz, organised a 5 minute monologue. Its purpose was to spread awareness about the social evil of ragging and its consequences on both parties involved.

It was performed by Aaghaz member, Prakhar Mohak in front of the food court on the 14th of August. The monologue was very powerfully presented to the audience, with multiple hard hitting dialogues that enhanced the importance of anti-ragging week. Some of the KMC faculty, like Vinod Nayak sir and Geeta Maiya Ma’am were present in the audience for the performance. The performance was very well received by the audience and ended with a round of loud ovation. Through the powerful performance I hope that the message of the evils of ragging has reached each and every student.

The student council has also organised two online competitions for the cause. An article writing competition and an E-poster making competition are being held. These competitions stand to raise awareness and have more students participate in the elimination of ragging.

A campus without ragging is a campus full of kindness!
