KMC Manipal Hosts FINTALK 2025: A Step Toward Financial Literacy for Future Medical Professionals. On May 14 2025, over 50 students gathered at Interact Halls for FINTALK 2025, a financial literacy session organized by Networth, The Finance Club of KMC Manipal. The event aimed to equip medical students with essential knowledge and skills in personal finance – an often-overlooked aspect of professional training. The session featured Dr. Rajesh Kamath, a KMC Manipal alumnus and faculty member in healthcare management at TISS Mumbai. Drawing from his academic and professional experience, Dr. Kamath presented key financial concepts in a format that was accessible, engaging, and relevant to a medical audience. The talk covered a broad spectrum of topics, including goal setting, budgeting, investment basics, and education loan planning. Attendees were actively involved, with a steady stream of questions reflecting the room’s enthusiasm and curiosity.
