Invictus Accommodation

Booking criteria:

• The contingent heads have to sign a MOU regarding the same.
• Check-out time → 10 AM (irrespective of Check-in time)
• Prices are subject to increase based on availability. Prices are inclusive of transportation charges that will be provided by the organizers inside the campus.
• Accommodation will be provided on a first-come first-serve basis.
• Upgrading to AC rooms may take a while, until then, provided
• payment is taken as a non-AC room.
• In case of an extension of stay in Manipal, individuals/teams must inform the organising team one day before the last day of accommodation booked for them.
• Payment for an extension of stay must be made prior to the beginning of the extension, accommodation will not be reserved if payment is not made.
• No refund will be provided in case of early departure from accommodation.
• In case of any damage to the stay, mattresses or other facilities provided, the team will have to pay for the damage at a cost decided by OCs as per the extent of the damage.
• Travel inside Manipal will be provided from campus to event venues only, details of which should be informed at least 6 hours prior about pick-up and drop areas.
• Buses will be provided for travel which will be available from 8 AM to 7 PM. Any requirement of buses for travel before or after the mentioned timings cannot be met.
• All individuals are requested to take care of their possessions. The organising committee is not responsible for any loss of valuables.
• Smoking, drinking or use of any narcotic substances inside the campus is strictly prohibited and any violation will lead to removal of individuals from the stay.
• Any form of misbehaviour or use of abusive language against the organising committee will be strictly not tolerated.
• NOTE: The weather in Manipal is very humid, so we recommend you to opt for AC rooms. On arrival, booking of AC rooms would not be guaranteed and is subject to the availability of AC rooms.
