The freshers organized by the Freshers committee 2021 took place on 4th March, 2023. The occasion was graced by the presence of Chief Guest, Dr. Padmaraj Hegde, Dean, Kasturba Medical College, Manipal along with respected associate dean and other dignitaries . The event kickstarted with several performances by the juniors, showcasing their talents. The event was hosted by the emcees Siddhant Tomar and Avishi Sharma.
The talent round started amongst the finalists where they showcased their extraordinary talents like stand up comedy, dancing,singing,etc. The talent round was judged by respected teachers of our college.
After the performances of the juniors, the freshers committee made us groove on some energetic songs and made the whole audience go gaga over it. Various seniors performed amazing choreographed dance to entertain the judges and the audience.
There were beautiful, amazing and laughter packed performances given by the freshers’ batch.
The event proceeded with a rapid round with finalists where they were asked smart questions and had to answer quickly and they were judged on the basis of that.
Finally coming to the results, Ms. Freshers was awarded to Jyotika Mittal and Mr. Freshers to Mayank Kumar Jha.
The celebrations continued after this and it was a night to be remembered.
